1. Overview

DocketGate ("we", "us") provides legal case management software for law firms. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or use our services.

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, firm name, firm size, and message. Our website does not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use information

We use contact information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule demonstrations, and communicate about our services. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

4. Data belonging to law firms and their clients

Data entered into the DocketGate application by subscribing firms — including client and matter information — belongs to the firm. We process it only to provide the service, under the terms of the applicable service agreement, and we treat it with the confidentiality the legal profession requires.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Documents are stored in private storage with access controlled by expiring signed links, and role-based access controls restrict what each user can see.

6. Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Subscribing firms control retention of their application data.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through our contact form.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
